Hi Kim,
As requested I am writing to thank you for the recent holiday that we had in south Africa. It was great. We packed loads into the week we were there.
First the Hotel –Sugar. It was just as we would have hoped . The main road was no bother and it was easy to get in and out of the city - we walk a bit so it was a good central location . Michelle was particularly impressed with the Chef -he is a 25yr old "Jamie Oliver"at the beginning of an illustrious career-everything was made to order and design.It all looked pretty, and tasted delicious-local market-fresh ingredients, colourful,with a South African twist to it.He was thoughtful,and ever-ready,enthusiastic and tremendous fun.We wish him well.
The owner and his staff were extremely amenable , courteous,and well-informed,and obviously like children, or ours anyway. The decor was simplistic tones of grey , charcoal and silver, with bright splashes of silks. The only improvement would be a larger pool, which is impossible given space constraints. Inverdoorn was quite a long way away and as far as I was concerned was great. Sadly there are mixed reports on the web - unfair I think. The people I found very courteous and almost too eager to please.

….we are back, safe and sound, trying to keep busy and stay awake today! We had the most incredible time in SA, from beginning to end. Cape Town was fantastic with perfect weather every day. Saw everything we wanted to!

The staff at Savanna are just fantastic, and took care of every single thing with no problem. The rooms were comfortable, the food incredible, and the game drives were almost surreal. We saw the big 5 over and over again. Patrick (our ranger) was top notch, as was Nordick, our tracker.
Overall it was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks again for all your help. We'll definitely recommend you and Savanna to anyone who asks. Now it's unfortunately back to reality for us. Hope all is well with you.

The staff at Savanna are just fantastic, and took care of every single thing with no problem. The rooms were comfortable, the food incredible, and the game drives were almost surreal. We saw the big 5 over and over again. Patrick (our ranger) was top notch, as was Nordick, our tracker.

Rocktail Beach camp was wonderful, both myself my girlfriend and the kids got a lot of diving in. Even the youngest got to snorkel off the boat when we were diving. Phinda was beyond belief with a perfect combination of luxury relaxation and exciting game viewing.
In Cape town we felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Please give my regards to Vincent and his wife, they both truly wonderful people who did everything to secure an exciting stay both for me and the kids. It says a lot when the kids when asked what was the most fun, they said they liked all but Cape town was the "coolest". I felt so safe letting Vincent handle the kids. I won't hesitate to recommend him and yourself to friends in the future. (I already have).
I will most certainly be back to South Africa to experience more of your wonderful country.

I have to say we had an AWESOME, AWESOME time!!! That couldn't be overstated enough. We enjoyed everything that we did and it was by far the most rewarding trip we have ever taken thus far.
Had a really great time while on safari! The Vic Falls portion was great.
"Overall, with the Great White Shark Diving, Cape Tours, Wineland Tours, Table Mountain, Safari'ing and more, I have to say we did one hell of an action packed adventurous tour."
I don't think we could have packed much into the days that we had and we couldn't be happier!
Thanks for all the work you did for our trip. I know all the pre-planning definitely paid off in the end. Would love to refer you to our friends and family. Definitely would love to stay in touch. Denise and I may try to do a Great White dive in July sometime and possibly a Congo Gorilla tour which we hear is spectacular. Our eyes have definitely been opened up to new possibilities in Africa. Well, thanks again Adele. It was a wonderful tour and one that we won't soon forget.

Dear Kim,
We have just returned from a holiday which you arranged. I just wanted to write to thank you, and all your team, which I know includes Lisa and Adele, for sorting everything out for us. It all ran very smoothly and we had a really great time. We had a great Ranger called Ryan at Shamwari and Tsala Treetops was magical. On the one night when we did not have an arrangement, we went to a new restaurant called Lush, which was very nice. We visited Featherbeds Nature Reserve, the Elephant Sanctuary and Monkeyland. We had a beautiful suite at Le Quartre Francais and they arranged a wonderful day visiting some wineries for us, including lunch at Bread & Wine where we met Susan, the owner of Le Quatre's brother Richard, and had a wine tasting with him.
My husband did not want to leave our lovely room. Of course we could not fault the service at Ellerman House - they made us feel very pampered.
"South Africa is a beautiful country and we look forward to returning in the near future."
